Jesus Hernandez, age 79, of Houston Texas, passed away on Sunday, September 08, 2019 Family will be accepting visitors for Jesus Hernandez on September 12, 2019 from 3:00pm to 8:00pm at Blackwell & Vazquez Woodforest Funeral Home on 750 Uvalde Road, Houston TX 77015. Religious Service starts at 6:00pm within our chapel. Funeral Service will be held September 13, 2019 from 10:00am to 11:00am at Blackwell & Vazquez Woodforest Funeral Home. Afterwards we will be escorting Mr. Jesus Hernadez, family and friends to San Jacinto Cemetery, 14659 East Fwy, Houston, TX 77015 for 11:30 AM arrival time.
