Antonio Medel Obituary

Antonio Medel was a devoted father, deeply loved by his five children--Anthony, Sara, Adrian, Martin, and his little princess Caylee. He was also blessed with 11 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, who brought him endless joy.

Antonio was a hardworking man who never needed to "punch a clock". He worked the way he lived-- his way. His passion was carpentry and remodeling. He took he took great pride in his craft.

He loved baseball and much to his son-in-law's dismay, was a loyal Dallas Cowboys fan. Tony was always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need, with a heart as big as Texas, and a giving spirit that knew no limits.

He enjoyed barbecues, fishing, crabbing, and spending time in restaurants--often charming everyone around with his humor and unfiltered personality.  A lover of old-school cars and music, Tony was always on the move--places to go, people to see.

He didn't need much in life and never asked for more than he had. As long as his kids were doing well, he was happy.

A visitation will be held for Antonio on Friday, November 21st, 2025, from 10am-3pm at our Uvalde location.
