Arcelia Ramirez, was born on October 29, 1942 in Mexico. She passed away Monday October 11, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. Visitation will be held Sunday October 17, 2021 from4 pm to 7 pm in the chapel of Blackwell & Vazquez Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held Monday October 18 ,2021 at 12:30 pm in the chapel of Blackwell & Vazquez Funeral Home. We will then follow in funeral procession to Brookside Cemetery.
