Bertha G. Rangel

Bertha was born in Del Rio Texas on April 8, 1934 and passed away the afternoon of April 1, 2022 at the age of 87, She is preceded in death by her parents; Margarito Gonzalez and Julia Robledo, her daughter Nelda, sisters Mela Rodriguez and Susie Garcia and brother, Tino Gonzalez. She leaves behind to cherish her everlasting memories to her daughter Bert (Henry) and her son Mike, her brother Lonnie, grandchildren; Dolly, Lila and Laura, great grand-children; Steve, Isabella, Colt, Nathaniel, Jordan, Layla and Thomas

She was the backbone to the family who taught her children to NEVER give up. She will deeply missed and never forgotten.

A visitation for Bertha will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 with a Celebration of Life service to begin at 7pm in the funeral home chapel of Blackwell & Vazquez. The chapel doors will re-open the following morning at 9:30am until 11am for a final visitation. We will then follow in funeral procession to San Jacinto Cemetery where she will be re-united and laid to rest with her husband.
