Cyril Zurovec

Cyril Charles Zurovec, 91 - Born in Cistern, Texas but resided in Houston, Texas most of his life. He passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family Thursday, July 7, 2021 in Baytown, Texas. He was married to Helen Zurovec, which passed in 2016, they were married 65 years and had six children.

Cyril is preceded in death by his parents; Frank Zurovec and Antonia Evicic and ten siblings; Lillian Phillips, Rosie Foytick and spouse Edwin, Julia Scheffler and spouse Charles, Mary Thompson and spouse Bob, Lucille Dill , Joe Zurovec spouse Delta, August Zurovec spouse Dorothy, Rudolph Zurovec spouse Helen, Frank Zurovec spouse Jewel, and Johnny Zurovec spouse Loretta. Dorothy Zurovec is only surviving person.

He is survived by his children; Pauline Zurovec, Rocky Zurovec, Randy Zurovec spouse Therese, Donna Zurovec, Troy and spouse Robin, and Kathy Creech spouse Billy, with many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Viewing for Cyril Zurovec will be held Friday, July 16, 2021 from 11am to 12:45pm in the main chapel of Blackwell & Vazquez Woodforest Funeral Home located at 750 Uvalde Rd., Houston, Texas 77015. At 12:45pm funeral procession to San Jacinto Memorial Park for a graveside ceremony, located 14659 East Freeway, Houston, Texas 77015.
