Elma Alicia Perez was born on February 3, 1983, in Houston Texas to Jose Alfredo Perez and Elma Sixta Valdez. She took the hands of her Lord & Savior on August 1, 2023. A visitation is scheduled at Blackwell & Vazquez Funeral Home for Saturday, August 26, 2023, from 3pm to 9pm with the reading of the rosary to begin at 5pm by Father Leo Gomez.
