Eugenia Angelina (Angie) Gonzales

Eugenia Angelina (Angie) Gonzales was born November 20,1943 in Sugar Land, TX to Jose and Margarita Gonzales.

Surrounded by her loving children, Angie went to be with her Lord on January 1, 2021. 

Angie loved the Lord and was a devout Catholic. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her great grandchildren. Angie was a hard worker and was full of life, She loved to travel, dance and joke. She would go out of her way to help others in need and was a great friend. 

She is preceded in death by her father , Jose Gonzales mother, Margarita Gonzales; son Eluterio DeLaGarza Jr.; brothers, Jose Gonzales, Edward Gonzales, Henry Gonzales and sister, Maria Guerrero.

She is survived by her loving children Carlos DeLaGarza Sr. (Maria), Kathleen Middaugh (Jay), Sara Lira, twelve grandchildren, Eluterio DeLaGarza (Maricela), Joshua DeLaGarza (Ruth), Savanah Guerrero (Noe), Alana "Nikki" Wall (Terrance), Carlos DeLaGarza Jr. (Natali),Gabriela DeLaGarza Lemus(Vinny), Sarah DeLaGarza,Christopher Cisneros, Raymond Cisneros, Kaitlyn Kabir (Zack), Sofia Garza, Alberto Gonzalez Lira, and thirteen great grandchildren; sisters Dora Rosas, and Elvira Villareal (Jose); along with numerous nieces and nephews and other family members. 

Visitation is scheduled for Friday, January 8, 2021 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm at Vazquez Funeral Home 219 E. Crosstimbers St. Houston, Texas 77022. Funeral service is scheduleded for Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 10:30am at Vazquez Funeral Home 219 E. Crosstimbers St. Houston, Texas 77022. Interment will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery 6900 Lawndale St. Houston, TX 77023.
