Jacqueline Blanco Ortiz Obituary

Jacqueline Y. Blanco Ortiz passed away on May 23, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones. 
Born on July 24, 1990, in East Meadow, New York, Jackie was the beloved daughter of Ana 
Marilis Ortiz and Jose Dagoberto Blanco.
Family was the center of Jackie’s life. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt, 
cousin, and friend who cherished every moment spent with those she loved. She will be 
remembered for her joyful personality, kindness, hilarious sense of humor, generosity, 
resilience, and determination. Jackie loved watching sport games, especially the Houston 
Astros and enjoyed going to the beach and dancing. She was the life of the party.
Jackie is survived by her son, Ethan Xavier Price; her parents, Ana Marilis Ortiz and Jose 
Dagoberto Blanco; her siblings, Walter Ortiz, Indira Ortiz, Rony Ortiz, Ever Blanco, Walter 
Blanco, Yonis Blanco, and Ronis Blanco; her grandfather, Lorenzo Martinez; and a host of 
aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her brother, 
Emilio Ortiz, and her grandparents, Jose Isaac Aragon, Purificacion Blanco, and Edis Elisa 
Ortiz.

 

A memorial service will be held at the following location and time:

Houston, TX 77045
May 30, 2026, at 4:00 PM until May 31, 2026, at 12:00 PM
Jackie will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
The family would like to thank everyone for their condolences, contributions, prayers, love 
and support during this difficult time.

Jacqueline Y. Blanco Ortiz falleció el 23 de mayo de 2026, rodeada de sus seres queridos. 
Nacida el 24 de julio de 1990, en East Meadow, Nueva York, Jackie fue la querida hija de 
Ana Marilis Ortiz y José Dagoberto Blanco.
La familia era el centro de la vida de Jackie. Fue una madre, hija, hermana, tía, prima y 
amiga dedicada que atesoró cada momento que pasó con sus seres queridos. Será 
recordada por su personalidad alegre, amabilidad, divertidísimo sentido del humor, 
generosidad, resiliencia y determinación. A Jackie le encantaba ver partidos deportivos, 
especialmente los Houston Astros, y disfrutaba ir a la playa y bailar. Ella era el alma de la 
fiesta.
A Jackie le sobreviven su hijo, Ethan Xavier Price; sus padres, Ana Marilis Ortiz y José
Dagoberto Blanco; sus hermanos, Walter Ortiz, Indira Ortiz, Rony Ortiz, Ever Blanco, Walter 
Blanco, Yonis Blanco y Ronis Blanco; su abuelo, Lorenzo Martinez; y una gran cantidad de 
tías, tíos, sobrinas, sobrinos y primos. Le precedieron en la muerte su hermano, Emilio 
Ortiz, y sus abuelos, José Isaac Aragon, Purificación Blanco y Edis Elisa Ortiz.

Se llevará a cabo un servicio conmemorativo en el siguiente lugar y hora:
