Jesus Zuniga Jr

Jesus Zuniga Jr, 78, was born in Harlingen Texas on October 24, 1947, and passed away in Houston Texas on May 28, 2026. He is preceded in death by his father; Jesus Zuniga Guerrero Sr, his mother, Maria Concepcion Zuniga, his son; Lee Zuniga, granddaughter; Jesslyn Amara Zuniga, brothers; Ramon Martinez Zuniga, Venus and Arturo Zuniga and his two sisters; Claudia America Gracia and Susana Galindo. He leaves behind to cherish his everlasting memories to his loving wife Sara Zuniga Rodriguez, daughters; Liza Leal and Jessica Zuniga sons; John Anthony Leal, Jose Angel Zuniga and Venus Zuniga, sisters; Sofia Carlos, Flora Guzman, Maria Concepcion Martinez and Maria Aguirre and his brother Cosme Zuniga.

A visitation for Jesus will be held Monday, June 8, 2026, from 2pm to 9pm at the Vazquez Funeral Home Chapel located at 750 Uvalde Rd. The chapel doors will re-open the following day, Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 11am.  We will be leaving in funeral procession to Forest Lawn Cemetery by 2pm for a graveside service to begin at 2:30pm.
