John Barajas, a beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 9, 2026, leaving behind cherished memories and a profound impact on all who knew him. He is preceded in death by his devoted father, Juan Barajas, and his older brother, Rudy Barajas, who were his guiding lights throughout his life. John is survived by his loving mother, Alice C. Marin, whose strength and warmth always nurtured him, and his siblings: Richard Barajas, Rachel Gonzalez, Ernest Barajas, Michelle Marin, Yolanda Torres, Michael Marin, and Cynthia Mata. Together, they carry forward the values he instilled in them and the laughter they shared.
A visitation for John Barajas will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 10am to 4pm with a prayer service to begin at 12pm at the Vazquez Funeral Home Chapel located at 750 Uvalde Rd in Houston Tx.
