Maria was a loving and devoted mother who will be truly missed. She is survived by her daughters Cynthia Stricklin, Edna Broughton along with her husband Henry Lee. As well as her sons Guadalupe Buenrostro Jr. with his wife Doranda Narvaez, David Buenrostro, Jose Buenrostro with his wife Felicia, Richard Buenrostro and Henry Buenrostro with his wife Lisa. Along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many other family members.
