Noe Ruiz was born on March 12, 1989 and passed away on March 11, 2025. He is survived by his parents: Arturo Ruiz and Esther Ruiz, his siblings: Patricia Hernandez, Abigail Martinez, Arturo Ruiz Jr., and Luis Ruiz. He will be very missed by all who knew and loved him.
His visitation will be held on Sunday, March 16, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Blackwell & Vazquez Funeral Home located at 750 Uvalde Houston, Texas 77015.
His funeral service will be the following day on March 17, 2025 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. His burial will be at 2:30 pm at San Jacinto Cemetery located at 14659 East Freeway Houston, Texas 77015.
