Richard retired from La Porte ISD after 30 years of service. He loved what he did. He enjoyed helping the children, teachers and staff at the school he worked at. He owned a janitorial company where he employed his family members. Richard was all about helping his family. He loved to attend all of his grandchildren’s extra-curricular activities. He was their number one cheerleader. His love of music was passed down to his daughters. He was his daughters’ superman.
