Rodolfo Anzaldua

Rodolfo Anzaldua, age 80, passed away peacefully on January 22, 2026, in Cypress, Texas. He was born on May 3, 1945, in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico. Rodolfo enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing, landscaping, and keeping his cars spotless. He was an entrepreneur who owned and operated a successful landscaping business serving the Houston area. Above all, Rodolfo loved spending time with his family. Rodolfo is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Maria Yolanda Anzaldua; his son, Rodolfo Anzaldua Jr. (spouse, Jennifer Anzaldua); and his cherished grandchildren, Ashley Anzaldua, Dylan Franklin Anzaldua, Alyssa Anzaldua, Brayden Dean Anzaldua, and Jadoni Ronuel Anzaldua. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters: Maria Rojas (spouse, Al Rojas), Juan Manuel Anzaldua (spouse, Carolina Anzaldua), Mario Anzaldua, Martha Flores (spouse, Margil Flores), Mirna Salas (spouse, Pablo Salas), and Mariano Anzaldua (spouse, Claudia Anzaldua). Rodolfo was well loved and respected by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mariano Anzaldua Zavala and Elva Rodriguez Anzaldua; his son, Eduardo Anzaldua; his brother, Jorge Eduardo Anzaldua; and his nephew, Jonathan Isaac Anzaldua.

The family thanks you for your love and prayers. More importantly, Rodolfo would want you to know that he is in Heaven with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is free from pain and sorrow

A visitation for Rodolfo Anzaldua will be held Thursday, January 29, 2025, and will begin at 9am. Funeral Services will begin promptly at 10am at the Vazquez Funeral Home Chapel located at 219 E Crosstimbers St Houston, Tx 77022. We will then follow in a funeral procession to Earthman Resthaven Cemetery located at 13102 North Fwy Houston, Tx 77060.
