Rosa Maria Becerra

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Rosa, who went to be with the Lord on December 23, 2025, at the age of 59.
Rosa was a loving wife to Miguel Angel Becerra and a devoted mother to her children, Kevin Becerra, Maribel Becerra, and Miguel Angel Jr. Becerra. She was deeply devoted to her church and lived her faith daily through her actions, love, and service to others.

Rosa had a strong character she was blunt, honest, and always spoke her mind but she was also incredibly funny and full of life. Her laughter, strength, and realness made everyone feel comfortable around her. She was loved by everyone she met and left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Though our hearts are broken, we are forever grateful for the memories, love, and lessons she gave us. Rosa will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always.

Services will be held for those who wish to come and pay their respects.

A visitation for Rosa Maria Becerra will be held on Friday January 9, 2026, from 3pm to 9pm with a prayer service to begin at 6pm, at the Vazquez Funeral Home Chapel located at 750 Uvalde Rd in Houston. The chapel door will re-open the following day, Saturday January 10, 2026, at 10am for funeral services will begin at 11am. We will then follow in a funeral procession to Sterling White Cemetery for a graveside service to begin at 1pm.
