Sebastian Ponce

Sebastián Ponce, 62, of Hidalgo, Mexico, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2025, surrounded by his family and faith.

He was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a faithful servant of God. Sebastián is survived by his wife, Lissette Ponce, and their children, John, Vanessa, and Sarah Ponce, who will forever carry his love, strength, and faith in their hearts.

Sebastián lived a life of purpose and service. Deeply involved in his church, he dedicated his time to helping others grow in their relationship with God. In his work as a real estate agent, he found joy in helping families find a place to call home, a reflection of his generous and caring heart. His family finds comfort in knowing that now he is helping give people their eternal homes in heaven, prepared by God.

He will be remembered for his humility, compassion, and deep devotion to God. Sebastián’s kindness and faith touched many lives, and his legacy of love and service will continue through all who were blessed to know him.

A celebration of his life will be held at Iglesia Bautista Libre, 10331 Veterans Memorial Dr., Houston, TX 77038.

Sebastián Ponce, de 62 años, originario de Hidalgo, México, partió en paz a la presencia del Señor el 30 de octubre de 2025, rodeado del amor de su familia y su fe.

Fue un esposo dedicado, un padre amoroso y un fiel siervo de Dios. Le sobreviven su esposa, Lissette Ponce, y sus hijos, John, Vanessa y Sarah Ponce, quienes llevarán por siempre en su corazón su amor, fortaleza y fe.

Sebastián vivió una vida de propósito y servicio. Participó activamente en su iglesia, dedicando su tiempo a ayudar a otros a fortalecer su relación con Dios. En su trabajo como agente de bienes raíces, encontraba alegría al ayudar a las familias a encontrar un hogar, reflejo de su generoso y noble corazón. Su familia encuentra consuelo al saber que ahora está ayudando a dar a las personas sus hogares eternos en el cielo, preparados por Dios.

Será recordado por su humildad, su compasión y su profunda devoción a Dios. La bondad y la fe de Sebastián tocaron muchas vidas, y su legado de amor y servicio continuará a través de todos los que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerlo.
