In Loving Memory of Steven R. Parker
Steven R. Parker
September 5, 1965 – June 15, 2026
Age 60
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Steven R. Parker, who entered eternal rest on June 15, 2026, at the age of 60.
Steven was born on September 5, 1965, in Jefferson texas. He was a dedicated truck driver for many years and took immense pride in his work. His passion for the open road reflected his hardworking spirit, determination, and commitment to providing for his family.
Outside of his career, Steven had a special appreciation for the beauty of God’s creation. He loved taking photographs of the sky and capturing beautiful moments through his camera lens. Some of his greatest joys came from spending time with his family, trying new restaurants, watching movies together, and simply enjoying each other’s company.
Steven was also a devoted fan of NASCAR and faithfully cheered for the Dallas Cowboys. Whether he was watching a race on the weekend or rooting for the Cowboys during football season, his enthusiasm for his favorite teams was something family and friends always admired.
Known for his quiet nature, loving heart, and unique personality, Steven could bring smiles and laughter to those around him. He cherished the time spent with his beloved fur grandbabies, Static and Binx, who held a special place in his heart.
Steven leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife, Michelle Morris Parker; his daughter, Allissa Morris Vasquez; his son, Jeremy Vasquez; his sister, Pam McDowell; his brother, Lonnie Koontz; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, and other beloved family members who welcomed him into eternal peace.
Although our hearts are broken by his passing, we find comfort in the memories he leaves behind and the love he shared throughout his life. His legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
