Vicente Hernandez, 60, born in El Hulero, Mexico, passed away on April 15, 2026, in Houston, Texas.
A beloved husband, father, and friend, Vicente will be remembered for his sense of humor, loving personality, optimism, and strength.

Vicente is survived by his devoted wife, Maria Del Carmen Vigil; his children, Alexix Hernandez and Cynthia Hernandez; his parents, Mario and Manuela Hernandez; and his siblings, Victor, Mario, Ma Concepcion, Armando, Cesar, and Leonel, along with their families. He is also survived by his parents-in-law, Teodoro and Marcelina Vigil; his brothers- and sister-in-law, Juan, Angela, and Ramiro, along with their families; and countless cousins, nieces, and nephews whom he loved dearly.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Juan Gabriel Hernandez, and his brother- and sister-in-law, Ernesto Vigil and Lina Vigil.

Vicente will be remembered most for his vibrant personality and his ability to persevere through any adversity. He found joy in many things, especially cooking, singing, and dancing, and he was often the life of the party. His impact extended beyond his family to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He would want others to remember that no matter how difficult life may become, it is important to find the good and maintain faith in God, trusting that everything will work out. He would remind us that while it is natural to feel sadness, we should not dwell on his passing, but instead remember him with joy.

 Vicente Hernández, de 60 años, nacido en El Hulero, México, falleció el 15 de Abril de 2026 en Houston, Texas.

Amado esposo, padre y amigo, Vicente será recordado por su sentido del humor, su personalidad cariñosa, su optimismo y su fortaleza. 

Le sobreviven su querida esposa, María del Carmen Vigil; sus hijos, Alexix Hernández y Cynthia Hernández; sus padres, Mario y Manuela Hernández; y sus hermanos, Víctor, Mario, Ma. Concepción, Armando, César y Leonel, junto con sus familias. También le sobreviven sus suegros, Teodoro y Marcelina Vigil; sus cuñados y cuñada, Juan, Ángela y Ramiro, junto con sus familias; así como incontables primos, sobrinos y sobrinas a quienes Queria mucho.

Le precedieron en la muerte su hermano, Juan Gabriel Hernández, y sus cuñados, Ernesto Vigil y Lina Vigil.

Vicente será recordado sobre todo por su personalidad vibrante y su capacidad de salir adelante ante cualquier adversidad. Disfrutaba de muchas cosas, especialmente cocinar, cantar y bailar, y siempre era el alma de cualquier reunión. Su impacto no solo se limitó a su familia, sino también a todas las personas que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerlo.

Él quisiera que todos recordaran que, sin importar cuán difícil pueda ser la vida, siempre hay que encontrar lo bueno y mantener la fe en Dios, confiando en que todo se resolverá. También nos recordaría que está bien sentir tristeza, pero que no debemos enfocarnos en su partida, sino recordarlo con alegría.
